Licensing and Renewals Specialist – Observatory

Full Time

A Licensing and Renewals Specialist is essentially the primary point of contact for Customers and Partners when it comes to discussing and/or renewing of the this client’s Service. The role is focused heavily on transactions, retention and revenue.

  • Accuracy of Customer & Partner Renewal Opportunities and Sales Orders at all times within our CRM system
  • Timely processing of Customer & Partner Renewals
  • Ensuring Win-Win Outcomes in Customer & Partner Renewals that might require renegotiation
  • Implementing and managing key business objectives
  • Ensures both systems and processes are optimized and maximised
  • Strong working relationships with Finance Team, Go-To-Market Teams, Customers & Partners
  • A minimum of two years’ experience working in an Transactional/ Admin/ Finance based CRM Role
  • Tough, reliable character who enjoys challenges and overcoming them
  • Strong clerical and communication skills to provide effective support to the team
  • High attention to detail and accuracy with multitasking a key requirement
  • Self-driven but equally enjoys a Team environment where success is measured on both performances and results
  • Work in a structured and organized fashion to achieve your goals
  • Work with large amounts of data in a structured manner to gather and execute on information
  • Good communication skills
  • Must have worked closely with customers and vendors alike
  • Desirable
  • Experience with Systems such as Oracle, SAP, Siebel and other CRM systems is preferable
  • Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word
  • Good understanding of Contracts, Purchase Orders and Billings
  • Qualifications:
  • Transactional Admin Diploma/ or Equivalent e.g. Business management, Finance or Secretarial

R25k + commission
