Personal Information includes but is not limited to name, home address, cell phone number, home phone number, home email address, identity verification information, photo’s, the information that you share on social media, physical description, age, gender, race, salary, bank details, income tax number, education, personal hobbies, medical history, beneficiary and next of kin details, employment history, credit history, criminal records, contents of the resume, references, interview notes, and emergency contact information. In addition, job applicants may also share their personal opinions, views, and preferences with Navy Blue Suits.
Authority to act for Other People
As a job applicant, you warrant that when you give NAVY BLUE SUITS any Personal Information about your spouse, your dependents, and beneficiaries which may include a person under the age of 18 (i.e. a minor), that you have received their permission or the necessary consent from the guardian of the minor person to share their Personal Information with NAVY BLUE SUITS. The above also applies when you give NAVY BLUE SUITS information and contact details regarding your references.
